Agatha Keenja has extensive experience managing people strategies and implementing appropriate HR policies and processes, to support the needs of the business. These include human resources planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and rewards, training and development, employee relations and Human resources retention programs.
Agatha’s career began in 2004 as Legal Officer for ZEK Group Limited and has held various HR roles including Human Resources Specialist for African Life Assurance Limited in 2006 and Human Resources Manager for Real People Tanzania in 2008 prior to joining Songas in 2010.
